Hi! My name is Nicole, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. Being a person of a very diverse background myself, I enjoy working with people of several different backgrounds and ethnicities (this is also where a good potion of my experience is). I have experience treating mental health disorders associated with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationship issues are amongst other difficulties I have experience treating. My approach to therapy utilizes techniques from different theories, particularly Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. Practicing techniques from both theories allows for me to collaboratively work with unique needs of each specific client. A career in counseling gives me the opportunity to learn about a subjects that I genuinely enjoy, in addition to allowing me to join and connect with people in their mental health journey. During my free time I enjoy reading, dabbling in art, and spending time with my family and two cats. I can’t wait to meet you!

Hi! My name is Janice, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I attended Pepperdine University and graduated with a degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family therapy. I have experience working with children, teens and adults who primarily struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationship issues and more. My therapeutic approach to therapy utilizes techniques from different theories, but I love using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy. I love using these approaches because it allows me to provide a safe space where each client can be their true, authentic self while finding the help they need–without feeling judged or criticized. A career in counseling gives me the opportunity to serve others which has always been a lifelong passion of mine. In my free time I take care of my 11 pets, build LEGO buildings, and watching movies! See you soon!
